BNB SMART CHAIN · LIQUIDITY GUIDE
Create a pool. Manage your own liquidity.
Word Finance DEX lets users create token pairs and provide liquidity on BNB Smart Chain. You choose the tokens and amounts, review each step, and sign with your connected EVM wallet. Pool creation is permissionless; it does not depend on a pool created by the founder.
Custom price ranges and draggable position boundaries are not supported by the deployed contracts. The pool chart models price changes from current reserves. It is not historical trading data, a distribution of concentrated liquidity, or a return forecast.
How to add liquidity
- Connect MetaMask or a compatible EVM wallet and select BNB Smart Chain Mainnet. Keep BNB available for gas.
- Open Pools and choose two tokens. Known and imported tokens can display wallet balances. If a token is missing, import its verified BEP-20 contract. A symbol or logo alone does not identify a token.
- Enter the amounts. For an existing pair, follow the reserve ratio. For a new pair, the first deposit establishes its starting price; check that ratio carefully.
- Review approvals, any required pair creation, and the deposit. Confirm each request in your wallet. Connecting a wallet does not authorize spending.
BNB and WBNB
BNB is the native asset used for network fees. Pools use WBNB, its wrapped BEP-20 counterpart. If you choose native BNB, the interface can guide you through wrapping the missing WBNB amount as a separate reviewed wallet transaction. Reserve enough native BNB for all remaining steps.
Fees, returns and withdrawals
Each swap charges 0.30%: 0.25% for liquidity providers and 0.05% for the protocol. Network fees are separate. LP fees accrue in the pool and your LP tokens represent a proportional claim. Open Liquidity to review your position and withdraw. Pool ownership and reserves remain onchain when the interface is updated.
Returns depend on trades, liquidity share and token prices. Providing liquidity can produce losses relative to holding the assets. There is no guaranteed APR; historical APR requires reliable volume and price data. BNB Mainnet is an experimental beta without an independent contract audit. Solana pools and Robinhood pool transactions are future work.
